• Castings are made of highest grade Meehanite produced in accordance with ASTM specifications.
• All gears and shafts of the Headstock, Gearbox, and Apron are made of high resistant steel and are Hardened & Ground. Shafts are mounted on needle bearings.
• Apron, Gearbox, and Headstock are completely enclosed and lubricated by oil bath.
• Spindle is forged alloy steel, mounted on high-accuracy tapered roller bearings.
• Cross slide and tee slotted top slide are equipped with adjustable gibs to maintain accuracy.
• Cross Feed
• Screw is telescopic Induction Hardened & Precision ground and mounted on needle bearings.
• Tailstock Quill is Hardened & Ground and incorporates a tang slot.
• Complete electrical controls housed in NEMA-type enclosure with easy access.
