Outstanding Features
• GE-FANUC CNC Controls
• Precision pre-loaded Ball Screws on X and Z axis, with Fanuc AC drives.
• All gears and shafts are made of high resistant steel and are Hardened & Ground.
• Shafts are mounted on needle bearings.
• Apron and headstock are completely enclosed and automatically lubricated.
• Spindle is forged alloy steel, mounted on high-accuracy tapered roller bearings.
• Cross slide and Tee-slotted top slide are equipped with adjustable gibs to maintain accuracy.
• Tailstock Quill is Hardened & Ground and incorporates a tang slot.
• Complete electrical controls housed in NEMA-type enclosure with easy access.
