The ATV-618-TR is an American Turnmaster Ultra Precision Lathe. The extreme accuracy of this tool room lathe is due to it’s outstanding features. Features such as the solid, rigid one-piece cast headstock, and pre-loaded, angular contact, ball bearing mounted spindle. In a controlled environment, this ultra precision lathe has a guaranteed spindle runout of 50 millionths of an inch. This makes the compact ATV-618-TR ideal for labs, classrooms and other small space workshops.
