The sales associate position at Lagun Engineering Solutions is responsible for the successful day-to-day management of world-class engineering and manufacturing customers. Our team consists of positive and knowledgeable individuals who place our customers’ needs first.
We have decades of experience in the manufacturing industry and our mission is to provide solutions to customers while creating an environment that is positive, challenging, and rewarding for our team members.
Primary duties include:
- Responding to customers’ requests for quotation in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the highest level of service for both current and potential customers.
- Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs.
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge.
- Participating in weekly training sessions and sales meetings.
- Sending of any necessary documentation (e.g. certifications or technical drawings).
- Working with customers in different time zones.
- Achieving sales targets as set by the company.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or equipment sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated to accomplish goals and tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Team player with the ability to work well with others
- Superior problem solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with cloud-based CRM a plus
