"LU 2P" - Universal HURE automatic milling head

2 positions (Horizontal / Vertical), an automatic milling head with two positions horizontal / vertical and the main features are as follows: - For the rotary movement of the milling head, the back body, B axis, is manual and the front body of the head, C axis, is automatic for vertical and horizontal positioning governed by CNC. - The mechanism for rotation consists of the main drive and is locked by means of toothed Hirth plates with a hydro-mechanical locking system. 3000 RPM *Optional 4000 RPM

LU A”- Universal HURE automatic milling head

every 2.5° on two planes (144x144 positions) As an option it is possible to fit an automatic Huré type milling head, the main features are as follows: - Hirth toothed system of 144 divisions 2.5º each division, hardened and ground, for back and front body (Hirth tooth precision 1”) - The mechanism for rotation consists of the main drive and is locked by means of toothed Hirth plates with a Hydro-mechanical locking system, governed by CNC. - Positioning of both bodies are controlled by two encoders. - 3000 RPM - Optional 4000 RPM
