Computer numerical control (CNC) machines typically include an automatic tool changer. Studio Mill Series

Vertical Grinding Centers (VGC)

The Republic Lagun CNC offers  highly-abrasive CNC vertical grinding centers with 5-axis machining capabilities. These machines are engineered to grind exotic materials such as titanium or InconelTM by utilizing either nickel Plated or VIT CBN wheels.

These machines are built for YOU. What does this mean? We give you the option to decide which control you prefer from Fanuc to Siemens, Heidenhain, Fagor etc., we will write the PLC to make it happen for your convenience.

They are proudly built in our California facility to include special features such as Underwriters Laboratories (UL) electrics, NFPA 79 standards and more! See below for additional information.

BS (GBR)

Previously the GBR bed type milling machine.

The BS series bed type machining centers by LAGUN are designed for a wide range of applications. The machine is designed with bearing guides but has a smaller column ideal for lighter machining.

BM (GBR)

Previously the GBR bed type milling machine.

The BM series bed type machining centers by LAGUN are designed for a wide range of applications. The new design has bearing guides and a larger column allowing it to machine larger items with greater weight compared to the BS model.

 

 

CM (GCM)

Previously the GCM moving column with fixed bed milling machine.

TM-T

For machining large parts with high-precision demands, Lagun supplies the T-type Gantry Milling Machines.

ML/MLX (GML)

Previously the GML Moving Column milling machine.

There are two versions of this machine:

-ML model allows for one head to be used for machining applications.

-MLX version is prepared for an automatic head changer, allowing one to use multiple heads with the machine depending on their manufacturing needs.

MM (GMM)
