that allows checking its status visually and easily.
NUMERICAL CONTROL. The machine is equipped with a versatile CNC that has many functions. The APPS developed by ZAYER
complement the programming, with the consequent increase in productivity.
INDUSTRY 4.0. The machine has been designed in harmony with Industry 4.0, designed for telemetry, the analysis of the data provided by its
sensors and its usefulness for planning predictive maintenance.
PRECISION. Cast elements and FEM design, together with ram guidance and optimized shaft drives allow the machine to achieve the
highest precision values during machining
ECODESIGN. The machine has been designed with special consideration to reduce the environmental footprint during operation,
incorporating energy-saving functions.
MAINTENANCE. The areas of the machine that require regular maintenance work have easy and convenient access thanks to the
centralization of the components in a single area.
ERGONOMICS. The finishes of the machine are friendly, creating well-crafted and rounded piece encounters, without investing resources in
secondary aspects beyond what is necessary. The safety and ergonomics of the machine have been audited by external bodies in
accordance with European regulations.
RIGIDITY. Complex simulation models have been applied for the static and dynamic behavior of the machine, in order to obtain an optimal
design of high rigidity with less material, minimizing energy cost and environmental impact.
